I’m Ana, happy to meet you!

I'm a Portuguese illustrator and ceramicist.
I love color, bold shapes, quirky characters, and having fun.

I was born in 1984 in Viseu, Portugal.

Graduated in Design (University of Aveiro - Portugal), post-graduated in Editorial Design (Bau, Escola Superior de Disseny - Barcelona, Spain), and attended the Specialization Course in Illustration for Children and Young Adults Publications (Eina, Escola d'Art i Disseny - Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona).

Since 2012, I dedicate my time to illustration commissions and to the development of print editions, illustrated goodies, and ceramic pieces to sell in my shop.

On commercial works/commissions, I’ve collaborated with several magazines, children’s books, advertisement campaigns, games, and packaging. You can see some of the projects here.

In 2020 I decided to open my brick-and-mortar shop in the city center of Porto in order to expand the online shop and to be able to create and show my work in one place.

Currently, I work with a small team that helps me run the shop, organize stock and produce the ceramic pieces.
